ਦਰਗਾਹ ਪੀਰ ਬਖਸ਼ੀਸ ਸਾਹ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਅਸਥਾਨ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਛਪਾਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਸਥਿਤ ਹੈ ਦਰਗਾਹ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਸੇਵਾਦਾਰ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਗੋਪੀ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਜੀ ਹਨ ਇਸ ਅਸਥਾਨ ਤੇ ਦੁਆ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਭਲੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਇਸ ਅਸਥਾਨ ਤੇ ਹਰ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਗੋਪੀ ਸਾਹ ਜੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਦਰ ਆਈਆਂ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਨਮੋਲ ਬਚਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ 11ਵੀਂ ਦਾ ਮੇਲਾ ਬੜੀ ਹੀ ਧੂਮ ਧਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਅਸਥਾਨ ਤੇ ਆਕੇ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੁਖਾਂ ਵਰ ਆਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਅਸਥਾਨ ਤੇ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਵਿਚ ਸਗਨ ਮਨਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਬਾਬਾ ਗੋਪੀ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਜੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਹਿਮਤਾਂ ਵੰਡੀਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਦਰਗਾਹ ਪੀਰ ਬਖਸ਼ੀਸ ਸਾਹ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਦਰਵਾਰ ਤੇ ਦੂਰੋਂ ਦੂਰੋਂ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਨਤਮਸਤਿਕ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਇਸ ਅਸਥਾਨ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਖਾਸੀਅਤ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਦਰਗਾਹ ਤੇ 24 ਘੰਟੇ ਲੰਗਰ ਚਲਦਾ ਹੈ ਇਸ ਅਸਥਾਨ ਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀਂ ਤਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਵੀਂ ਭੇਦ ਭਾਵ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਬਾਬਾ ਗੋਪੀ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਰਹਿਨੁਮਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਲੋੜਵੰਦਾ ਲਈ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਕੈਂਪ ਲਗਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨI

This shrine of Peer Bakshish Shah Ji is located at village Chhappar under district Ludhiana. The main attendant of the darghah is Ghulam Gopi Shahji. It is good to pray at this shrine. Every Thursday, Ghulam Gopi Sahji visits this shrine. Their precious words are exchanged with the Sangats and the 11th fair of every month is celebrated with great pomp and the Sangat is celebrated happily at this Sangat by those Sangats who come to this shrine to bless the happiness of the Sangats and Ghulam Baba Gopi Shah ji distributes blessings to the devotees. Pilgrims from far and wide pay obeisance at the shrine of Peer Bakshish Shah Ji. Under the guidance of Ghulam Baba Gopi Shah ji, various types of medical camps are organized for the needy.
